This company,Dr. Lange's, CV Therapeutics of Palo Alto, Calif., have been under fire about their way of testing drugs. The company does foreign testing in countries in which poverty is high for their drugs that is released to the American Market. The company tests the drugs on alot of poor patients and it improves their quality of life by alot but people brought up a major question,What happen to these people after the testing is done?.The company is receiving a benefit of cheap testing and the most they earn is a short time relief of their medical problems. It is said that this company should market their products in the countries in which they test their products in but this company dont wanna do it because it may not generate as much money since they are poor.Dr.Lange defense to this problem was "CV Therapeutics is a business,not a charity. This company basically is not giving the patients ,which help them out on testing products, a opportunity to obtain the drugs in order to improve their life.

Over the years,Nike have done many things in order to increase profit of the company and to satisfy a large range of customer.Nike have analyzed the trends of footwear and realized that people are investing money into more comfortable and casual footwear. The industry of athletic footwear was hard to develop growth because of fashion trends,competition and people who were conscious about money being spent on their footwear. Nike have decided to devolop footwear that can be used for various occasions other than just for sports. Nike have came out with lounging sneakers,sneakers that come in low top and high top forms,sneakers that have the dress shoe appearance,etc. Nike have planned based on fashion trends and developed sneakers based on it.

Nike,a major company that is a leading supplier in sports apparel,Sports Equipment,Sports Sneakers,etc.This company brings in Billions of dollars per Year.Nike was founded in 1964 by Bill Bowerman and Philip Knight.Nike was originally named Blue Ribbon Sports but the name was changed again in 1978 to Nike,permanently. This company name "Nike" was inspired by Greek History,as in the name Nike means Victory. Blue Ribbon Sports,as it was before,use to distribute the shoe brand "Onitsuka Tiger". The near end deal Blue Ribbon Sports had with the Japanese shoe Brand Onitsuka Tiger, gave them a idea to launch its own line of footwear which is later to be called Nike. The Nike shoe incorporated a "Swoosh" in which symbolizes the Greek God of Victory and the wings attached to it.The first shoe that was released to the public was a soccer shoe and it was called Nike.The Swoosh that is located on every pair of Nike product was created by Carolyn Davidson back in 1971.The brand Nike was designed from a idea of having a idea and then making it happen through its experience it had with distributing Japanese Sneakers.The mission statement of Nike is to reflect its care for the world through their many programs and reflect care to their customers.
